ABOUT THE SPACE

Alpino has repurposed the historic building at the corner of Bagley and Trumbull in the heart of Corktown.  The dining space underwent a cosmetic design adjustment inspired by European countryside farmhouses incorporating natural materials in a simplistic, communal manner.

 

Our stone fireplace is the focal point of the main dining room complemented by warm wood tones, 100 year old cypress beams, rustic light fixtures, and warm soft seating touches.

 

The ceiling acoustical upgrade included SonaKrete to improve sound control for guest dining. Our basement has been transformed with existing furniture to create a comfortable atmosphere to entertain for private dining events.

 

Our patio space includes beautiful teak tables, soft loveseat benches, lush urban garden, and a bandshell for live music.

 

Alpino offers a grab-and-go store with dry pantry products, wine, spirits, and other related retail.
